In this stage, the client and the designer sit and design the place using 3d render and mood boards.

After the design is approved by the client the stage is to get approve by the respective authorities to get approval

If there is any existing structure that needs to be changed or removed is first demolished.

This is the crucial part of the fit out stage as the design comes to lives. Add of cables,MEP works and art works are done here.

Finally, the furniture is added, which can be the client's previous or custom furniture and add the final touches.

After all the work is completed our team goes through the site and does their final check once approved. the project is handed over to the clients
